Analysis: They went a good gallop here and that played into the hands of GLASS HARMONIUM who stayed on well to get Ryan Moore and Sir Michael Stoute on the winners' board. They were made to sweat over the result as a stewards' inquiry was held after the winner caused interference to Monitor Closely before hanging into the runner-up Cashelgar in the race for the line. The half a length winning distance was always likely to save Glass Harmonium, though, and he can improve again over further. Cashelgar was a persistent challenger and was perhaps a little unlucky, while Monitor Closely reversed Dante form with Freemantle thanks to the searching gallop. Aidan O'Brien's horse tried to kick for home two furlongs out but he simply wasn't good enough, and the Dante form has yet to receive any sort of significant boost.
