Analysis: A predictable 1-2-3 for owner JP McManus and trainer Enda Bolger but GARDE CHAMPETRE oustayed favourite L'Ami from the last. Their fourth string Heads Onthe Ground led with Puntal before tiring and L'Ami eased into the lead turning back towards the stands only for Nina Carberry to conjure a stronger finish from Garde Champetre with Drombeag plodding on for third at a respectable distance.
